How can I pay?

 

We accept all payments through Paypal. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Do you offer international delivery?

 

Yes we do! We offer shipping to countries all over the globe. Your shipping costs will be calculated with your cart upon checking out.

What type of sizing do you use on your site?

 

All sizes are Australian ladies sizes. We offer either small-large or sizes 8-14. If you have any sizing questions please do not hesitate to ask. Please note our kimono's are suitable for most sizes!

Can I cancel my order?

Once you have confirmed your order you will be unable to cancel it. If you find you have made an incorrect choice that you would like to change, please refer to our returns policy below.

How do I track my order?

All orders are allocated a tracking number once they have been shipped. You will receive an email confirmation as well as shipping confirmation that will contain your tracking number.

Can I buy a gift card?

We are currently in the process of developing coupons and will let you know when they are available through our social media pages. Head to our contact page to find out where you can follow us!

How long will it take until I receive my order? 

All Australian orders can take anywhere between 4-14 days, depending on the delivery service. You can keep up to date with how your order is travelling via your tracking information that you will receive once the order is shipped.

Can I return my order for an exchange or refund?

We understand that ordering online isn't always easy so we do accept exchanges on all items if you have made the wrong choice. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund your order but can offer you a coupon of the same value if you don't find something straight away that you want to exchange. We accept exchanges up to 30 days from receiving your item.
